Norbert began his career with Dessange in Paris, France 20 years ago. Norbert decided to open a Dessange Salon in Austin, Tx. The Salon in Austin has now been open for 13 years and is proving to be a very successful part of the Dessange Franchise. He returns to the Dessange School in Paris, France every year to continue his education. In September 2014, Norbert was the representative for the U.S. at the Prestige Show in Paris.
Rania started her career with Dessange over 20 years ago in Beirut, Lebanon. She met Norbert after he began working at the Beirut salon. Following their marriage in 2000, the young couple decided to live in the United States. With her experience and expertise Rania experienced great success in Beverly Hills, California as well as in Austin working for Jose Eber Salon. Rania took on the role of General Manager at Dessange Paris Austin in 2011.
Manager/Master Color Specialist
Katie began her career with Dessange Paris in 2009 as the Salon Hostess. She discovered her passion for Color through the Dessange Balayage technique. Continuing education has always been a major part of her success in the industry. She has attended multiple training at the flagship salon in Washington, DC where she worked closely with Dessange trainers from Paris. Katie recently visited Paris for the first time in Fall 2017 to train with Dessange.
Jacklyn began her career in California back in 2003. A steady advancement in training has always been a crucial part of Jacklyn’s career path. She has trained with Tony & Guy, Vidal Sassoon and has also attended training at the Dessange Paris Training Studio in washing DC and Paris, France. Through her consultation expertise and relations, she will tailor each cut to your specific need and desire. Jacklyn will go above and beyond to give you an un-matched experience.
ShayShaheen (Shay) Khimani
Shay started her career in New York City. Her passion and drive to constantly improve her cutting techniques allowed her to work at top NYC salons. She has styled for Glamour and Allure magazine as well as Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. Shay keeps up with the latest techniques and hair trends as they appear on the fashion scene. She is also inspired by her day to day interactions with her clients that bring out her creativity.
Lisa is a native Austinite with 30+ years in the industry. As a Redken Specialist & Educator, she's traveled extensively throughout the USA and Canada teaching the latest color trends and foil placement alongside industry legends.
Lisa's work has been featured in Vogue Magazine, Austin Fashion Week, "So You Think You Can Dance", Sony commercials & MTV's The Real World as well as various industry magazines.
